Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You may not use this website and should exit it now if you do not agree with these terms of conditions. GoPrime may make changes to this website, including these terms and conditions, at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

Pricing

We offer package based pricing reflecting the type home, though we reserve the right to adjust the price for fairness due to market fluctuation or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

• Cash and/or card payment are accepted at the completion of service. Payment device will be on site for card payment(s) processing
• We may charge a $25 late payment fee in the case of a declining card not allowing our usual charge window and an additional $4 processing fee to mail out an invoice for payment.
• There is a 24 hour window to process declined card again, which requires a call in to provide card information.

Guarantee

We offer a full service guarantee. This includes a free re-clean of the spots that were missed during your initial cleaning. We may take pictures and videos at your home so that we can properly asses re-cleaning or refunds.

If you are not satisfied with the re-clean you are entitled to a full refund.

This guarantee does not necessarily apply if:

• You alerted us to the issue more than 24 hours post-cleaning
• You were present during the cleaning and approved the work on-site.
• You under-adjusted the original estimate we made through our website or over the phone.

License to use website

The materials on GoPrime Cleaning’s web site are provided “as is”. GoPrime Cleaning makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, GoPrime Cleaning does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.Where content is specifically made available for redistribution, it may only be redistributed within your organization.

GoPrime Cleaning has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by GoPrime Cleaning of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

Variation

The materials appearing on GoPrime Cleaning’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GoPrime cleaning does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. GoPrime Cleaning may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. GoPrime Cleaning does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Employment Practices and Our Cleaning Technician Solicitation

We invest heavily in training and background screening to find quality employees for our Services. Hiring our cleaning Technicians (current or those employed by GoPrime within the previous 24 months) and/or offering/receiving side propositions while you’re using the Services for up to 18 months after your last appointment with GoPrime makes you liable for a $25,000 employment referral fee. By using our Services, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal services. If breached, attorney, legal, and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added to your employment case when discovered. Please note that exchanging contact information is considered part a breach.

Pets

We will gladly work around pets. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, GoPrime Cleaning Service MD reserves the right to remove its employees from your home, if an employee leaves your home prior to completion, we will charge you a pro-rated expense based on work performed. If removal of our Cleaning Technician is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply. Safe guarding your pets are suggested within the cleaning time frame to avoid any issue or impede our Services.

Small Claims Court

Either you or GoPrime may bring an individual action in small claims court.

Valuables

Please safely secure heirlooms and collectibles prior to cleanings. Please advise of fragile items (and their care) in special account instructions.
